These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.dandmkitchen.com and the services provided by D&M Kitchen, operated by Warda Trading Est. By accessing our website or requesting our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.

2. Services

D&M Kitchen provides the following services:

• Custom kitchen design consultation and 3D visualization
• Precision measurement and site assessment
• Manufacturing and supply of custom aluminium kitchen cabinets, frames, and components
• Kitchen installation and finishing
• Supply of marble countertops and associated kitchen surfaces

All services are provided within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Services provided outside Riyadh may be subject to additional travel and logistics costs, which will be communicated in advance.

3. Quotations and Pricing

• All prices quoted are in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate unless otherwise stated.
• Quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless a different validity period is stated in writing.
• Final pricing is subject to the materials, finishes, and dimensions confirmed at the time of order.
• D&M Kitchen reserves the right to revise pricing if there are material cost changes beyond our control (e.g., changes in raw material prices), with prior written notice to the customer.

4. Orders and Payment

• An order is confirmed upon receipt of a signed quotation or written approval and an agreed advance payment (typically 50% of the total project value).
• The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payments may be made via bank transfer, cash, or other mutually agreed methods.
• D&M Kitchen will issue VAT-compliant invoices in accordance with Saudi tax regulations.

5. Manufacturing and Delivery Timeframes

• Manufacturing and installation timelines will be communicated to you upon order confirmation.
• Typical timelines range from 2 to 6 weeks depending on project complexity and material availability.
• D&M Kitchen will not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including supply chain disruptions, force majeure events, or delays caused by the customer.

6. Customer Obligations

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information regarding your kitchen space, requirements, and preferences.
• Ensure site access is available at agreed times for measurement visits and installation.
• Review and approve the 3D design and quotation before manufacturing begins. Once production commences, changes may incur additional costs.
• Ensure the installation site is clear and ready for our team's arrival.
• Make payments according to the agreed payment schedule.

7. Cancellations and Modifications

• Cancellations or modifications to confirmed orders must be submitted in writing.
• If manufacturing has already commenced, cancellation fees may apply to cover materials and labor costs incurred.
• The advance payment is non-refundable if a customer cancels after the manufacturing process has begun.

8. Warranties and Defects

• D&M Kitchen provides a 12-month warranty on workmanship for all installed kitchens from the date of installation completion.
• This warranty covers manufacturing defects and installation faults but does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, water damage from external sources, or modifications made by third parties.
• Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to info@dandmkitchen.com within the warranty period.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Saudi law, D&M Kitchen's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

D&M Kitchen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits or business opportunities.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, designs, logos, and 3D models created by D&M Kitchen for promotional purposes, is the intellectual property of D&M Kitchen / Warda Trading Est. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.

3D kitchen designs created specifically for your project remain the property of D&M Kitchen until full payment has been received.

11. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable Saudi laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its servers
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
• Submit false or misleading information through our contact forms

12. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, or to the relevant Saudi arbitration authority as mutually agreed.

D&M Kitchen reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
